Happy 5 Months B-Boy!
Wow. It’s hard to believe that five months ago, B-Boy came into this world to meet us all.
He is just so big, ya’ll. Seriously, next time you see him in person, you will be amazed. On Monday, my mom got in the backseat of our car with him (after not seeing him for two weeks). The first words out of her mouth were “Who is this two year old in the backseat?” Yep, he is that big.
I can sit on the floor and hold him. His feet will be on the floor, and his head is well over my shoulder. Don’t think so? Check out the photos we took today…
You might notice that B-Boy is sporting a bib that Neb bought him. It’s got Run DMC’s gold chains on it. HA!
So what did he do today? He woke early and we went to work. I dropped him off at the daycare and he had some time with MusicLady and her bright pink guitar!!! Later, I went back to feed him and he was in good spirits, although he was quite wiggly! That boy loves to wiggle around especially during diaper changes!
I picked him up after work, went to get Neb, and off we went home. Neb played in the activity gym with him, I held him for a while, and then Neb fed him. We rocked for a while and then went upstairs for B-Boy to get a bath. He really enjoyed the bath, splashing the water quite a bit. After we dried him off, we headed to his room for a nice massage. B-Boy likes the rub… he started to fuss a bit, so we skipped the story and swaddled him for bed. The seahorse, Neb and I then seranaded him to sleep, which he did quickly.
What a day. Happy 5 months B-Boy.
